  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or personalised items may take 2-5 business days to process, depending on the complexity of the order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options, and the cost and delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method and your location.

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days within the U.S. (depending on your location).
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days.
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.
  • International Shipping:

    • Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (varies by destination).
    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors like carrier delays, weather, or customs processing (for international orders).

3. Shipping Carrier

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If you wish to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

6. International Shipping & Customs

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing. Unfortunately, we cannot control these delays and are not responsible for any additional charges or extended delivery times caused by customs.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are some restrictions on certain items in specific regions. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.

9. Shipping Errors

In the unlikely event that we make an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and get the correct item shipped to you as quickly as possible.

10. Customer Responsibility

  • Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping, and additional shipping fees may apply.
